Job Title: Resource Coordinator
Location: San Antonio, TX 78233
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Perm)
Total Weekly Hours: 40
Hours: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm

• Responsible for routine planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. Also responsible for customer interaction, communicating with the Service Technicians and outdoor sales reps.

• High School degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a call centre atmosphere.
• Experience in scheduling, collections, sales highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:
• Oracle knowledge, Outlook, CRM experience (Siebel preferred).
• Must be comfortable warm calling and up selling existing customers.
• Experience working in an office environment required.
• Candidates should be a quick study, have the ability to multi-task and positive attitude.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) speaking required. If turned permanent they need to be able to read/write in Spanish.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinates service resources.
• Assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Inputs project location to system. Generates Work Order Documents, dispatches technicians, and notifies customers.
• Responsible for customer interaction/satisfaction.
• Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Technicians.
• Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
• Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system.
• This position will be responsible in up selling existing customers and proposing/scheduling appointments for Outside sales reps.
