Job Description
 
The HR System Analyst serves as the main liaison between the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the super users of the system. This position is responsible for the configuration of some correspondence and maintenance. This position is also responsible for issue escalation processes such as Webstar (internal ticketing system), system-wide reporting, special ad hoc reporting, and general assistance.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Recruitment Systems and will not have any direct reports.
Success in this role will be recognized by consistently stable day-to-day operations of the Taleo ATS and the incumbent's ability to grow with the job and improve the way client uses this and related technology.

Accountabilities:

--Support the application in accordance with appropriate service levels.
--Provide excellent customer service to internal clients; maintain strong relationships with various internal constituencies (shared service center, technical group and others)
--Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects.
--Maintenance - Day to Day operations, configuration ex (user defined fields), security for Taleo, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills to utilize the system to the highest advantage.
- Key point person for issue escalation to Taleo Customer Support.
- Knowledge of system settings and impact to all users of the system and identify inter-dependencies with other tasks/applications.
- Create meaningful metrics for key system functionality, opportunities for improvement/innovation; user needs assessments, compliance, and other usage related processes.
- Proactively initiating and facilitating regular meetings to maximize system efficiencies.
- Focus on creative efforts to facilitate improvement and/or effect change.
- Share best practices to promote good applicant and employee relations.
- Documents all processes, workflows, and related system activities.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience with Taleo Enterprise is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Human Resources or equivalent experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) experience - 2 years or more
- Reporting Tool experience (for example: OBI) - 2 years or more
