Job Description
 
• Prepares requisitions for posting from HtR (Hire-to-Retire SAP feed) draft requisitions
• Creates internal & external offer letters and submits on boarding documents and relocation forms for new external hires
• Audit compliance documentation prior to closing of the job jacket and records compliance status in Career Link / Taleo. Closes out Career Link requisitions upon determination of start date. Assist with conducting Compliance audits as needed
• Coordinates recruiting events and related tasks as appropriate with line administrative assistants. Assist with interview scheduling when necessary
• Prepares necessary correspondence such as offer letters, rejections and miscellaneous tasks
• Partners with team to deliver training as necessary for compliance and best practice recruiting (e.g., OFCCP guidelines, job jacket content requirements, Career Link / Taleo user functionality, Interview & Selection Toolkit, etc). Assists with logistics for training that may be conducted in either a classroom setting or individually
• Assists with preparing accurate, timely metrics for the Global Staffing organization in assigned client areas to assess progress against recruiting objectives. Provides training to Managers/Directors, SCs and other RCs on creation and use of reports
• Performs other recruitment-related duties, as assigned and necessary
• Participates in project teams as dictated by business need (e.g., project initiatives/sub-teams, off site meeting planning, etc.)

Job Requirements
 
 
• Bachelor degree required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Administrative role
• Minimum 1 year in Talent Acquisition / Staffing. TALEO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Demonstrated capability in written and verbal communication required
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required
• Interest and demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to projects of cross-divisional and inter-divisional scope require
• Experience with high volume recruiting activity preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Human Resources role
