Description
Target 30-40 hours on site per week

General Purpose
Provide administrative support to management (2 Vice Presidents, 4 Marketing Directors and 15 marketers) and staff through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. .

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents collate information filing/maintaining documentation print, scan and email documents to internal employees set up and maintain filing systems (paper and electronic) maintain spreadsheets or databases communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information organize and coordinate meetings/calendaring

Education and Experience
Targeting candidate with 5+ years experience in similar role.
Needs strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word), experience with various email (Outlook, etc.). Experience with Salesforce.com highly preferred.

Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures knowledge of business principles proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills proven experience of producing correspondence and documents proven experience in information and communication management
