Job Description
 
Provide individual advice and assistance on employee benefits issues, specifically leave administration. Resolve or refer employee benefit questions and problems to vendor and follow up as necessary. Administer benefit programs such as disability and leave administration, Workers Compensation, Waiver of Premium, OSHA Compliance and other ancillary programs.

Education and Experience:
• Minimum of a High School Diploma and 4 years of related work experience required.
• Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio)

Additional Details:
Understanding of Workers’ Compensation laws. Leaves & Benefits Programs
• Understanding of FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, 401k, and OSHA applicable state or ERISA governed laws.
• Strong understanding of government regulations pertaining to profit sharing plans.
