Job Description
• Coordinates the collection and distribution of key supplier and item data to business units.
• Creates and maintains Purchase Orders and Blanket Purchase Agreements with in Oracle.
• Provides troubleshooting and resolution of issues impacting Purchase orders and Blanket Purchase Agreements.
• Supports small and mid-sized projects and initiatives by completing deliverables as assigned by project team.
• Utilizes error and exception reporting to proactively research and resolve purchasing issues before business is impacted.
• Identify, develop and implement process improvements to improve the experience of customers and increase efficiency of managed activities.
• Serves as a consultant regarding sourcing and purchasing transactions to cross-functional teams working on large scope process improvements and for system enhancements or changes.
• Partners with business to provide expertise in supplier/item setup and purchasing activities to identify solutions for specific requests and initiatives
• Ensures that all requests are compliant with Client supplier and purchasing standards; coordinates resolution of requests that do not meet established standards.
• Collaborate effectively with suppliers and potential suppliers to gather and analyze data, develop topic specific insights and accomplish given tasks within established service levels.
• Collaborates with sourcing in the development and execution of supplier assessments, score cards and other analytics to support managing supplier base performance.
• Train on managed processes and standards as well as the tools & forms necessary to enable processes. This includes developing training curriculum, materials and management of the effort

Job Requirements
• Possess understanding of sourcing and purchasing activities
• Experience utilizing ERP solutions to facilitate purchasing activities
• Ability to constructively work with internal and external customers to resolve issues impacting the purchasing of products from suppliers
• Experienced in managing high work volumes to a static service level agreement
• Skilled at managing multiple requests simultaneously through standard business work flows
• Analytical, supply chain, or other relevant experience
• Experience in customer service focused environments
• Exposure to sourcing and procurement activities
• Moderate to advanced expertise with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
