More than 5 years of experience.
This is an application support role and requires good verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking/problem solving.
Application support triages issues, works directly with the client resources to prioritize issues, root cause analysis, resolution of incident tickets and business requests.
Monitors the application and batch, application patching, communications, and prepares application/portfolio for holiday readiness.
Role is expected to be on-call 24 x 7 as assigned by leadership.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings to provide shift hand-offs to offshore team.
Mandatory work on Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Weekend and potentially Christmas week/weekend to support clients business needs.
Typically there is no PTO allowed during November and December.
Resource is expected to have strong expertise on Sterling OMS and is expected to work on incident tickets and production issues.
Strong communication skills and should have good analytical skills. Should have experience working directly with the end client.
