Job Description
Assists employees and vendors with Accounts Payable-related inquiries via incoming phone calls. Inquiries include questions on employee expense reimbursements, procurement, and vendor invoices and payments. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Systems and tools to include Concur, Ariba eRequest, SAP, Salesforce, MS Outlook and OneNote. Must have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Schedules must be filled between the hours of 8:30am-6:30pm Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required during high call volume periods. Knowledge of Concur is desired, but not required.
