Job Description
 
• Experience managing multiple teams / pods and interaction with Sr. Leadership
• Strong experience in MS Office (PowerPoint is key)
• Ability to provide detailed reports to team and/or Sr. Management
• Demonstrates professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.
Essential Functions:
• Ensures the team is adhering to Client Delivery process & enables process quality
• Ensures imediments to the Team are quickly removed
• Facilitates the Team to improve their practices, productivity, and self-organization
• Supports the Team to deliver each user story as potentially shippable
• Radiate information for the team (i.e. metrics, charts, etc)
• Set up & conduct client Delivery ceremonies
• Support the Product Owner & Product Backlog management process
Supervisory or Management Responsibility:
• * Coaches and motivates team members and influences them to take positive action, and develops a culture of Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation in ways that will promote value to the organization
• * Provides direction, prioritization, and guidance on project activities to meet project targets.
Experience / Certifications:
• BS / BA degree in Business or Engineering
• 8+ years managing large projects, including client crucial projects.
• Scrum Master Certification is required, otherwise 5+ years of proven experience serving as a PM / Scrum Master
• Experience managing a technical team
• Airline experience is a plus
