Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates all aspects of wage incentive pay plan administration at the unit.
Compiles and maintains wage incentive pay plan records/baselines and monitors activities to support the pay plan.
Compiles and summarizes data to calculate teams' weekly and semester performance and productivity ratio.
Calculates and approves plan seeding under planned disruption policy.
Facilitates continuous improvement activities within teams to reduce cost and improve processes.
Provides weekly, monthly and annual reports of wage incentive pay play information as necessary to evaluate the status of the pay plan at the unit.
Provides training and education such as wage incentive pay plan, work measurement, and other related programs.
Applies Industrial Engineering techniques to calculate accurate labor standards and costs.

Job Requirements:
Excel - Intermediate to Advance (Pivot tables, V-Lookup etc.), PowerPoint and SAP – nice to have.
0-3 years’ experience with a BA or AA Degree.
Union experience helpful but not required.
This role will involve a lot of walking over the factory and attending meetings between the different units.
