Job Description
 
• Independently deliver knowledge transfer curriculum (training, onboarding…), facilitate team kick-off as well as managing TKT teams from beginning to end as needed
• Will be creating the processes that allow for knowledge transfer from their resources
• Assist/drive new TKT team kick, provide support and drive teams to completion
• Help the business to identify Process Advisors / practitioners as needed; help and mentor the PA
• Mentors Targeted Knowledge Transfer practitioners for development of knowledge transfer plans, skills and tools
• Maintain repository, Steward TKT Dashboard; Provide regular stewardship update to internal management
• Cultivate and maintain Business relationship. Provide updates to business sponsor group
• Facilitate & coordinate TKT Bright Spot stories
• Work with IT TKT Core team and PA from strategic planning to implementation
• Consults with business leaders to understand critical knowledge challenges issues. Updates knowledge transfer best practice models and tools based on latest research for use by TKT Teams

Job Requirements
 
 
• Great Communication skills; prior training delivery experience is a PLUS
• Great organizational and interpersonal skills, Quality analytical mind set. Be able to
• Relationships building with Business and BIT community
• Management of change mindset; good customer/business engagement
• Flexible, creative, organized, resourceful and people oriented
• Coordination and influence others toward a common vision/goal
• Experience with productivity & collaboration tools, MS Tool Suite
• Knowledge of Shared Point
• Intermediate skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote
• Knowledge of communication tools (SKYPE, Citrix ShareFile, WebEx, etc.)
• Any exposure to Tableau is great to have
