Job Description
The PMs will have overall business and IT accountability for the success of the projects. They are the drivers of the project, they will work with an assigned PM from the Technology PMO, who will help with IT delivery. They’ll likely have PCOs (Project Control Officer) assigned to help with routine project tasks.
a) Senior PM role with 7-10 year + years experience, University degree.

b) Experience in financial management
c) Experience in the Clarity project tool is a bonus.
d) Experience managing the end to end budget management including estimating work effort, capital cost, able to handle vendor negotiations and manage to the Statement of Work
e) Experience managing projects with an enterprise wide impact
f) Experience in org change management experience (prosci) a big bonus
g) Can deal with difficult personalities, competing priorities
h) The work is regulatory in nature, experience with regulatory projects a plus
i) Business experience, and managing business projects with a supporting technology is better than a strong IT PM
j) Projects are time sensitive and urgent based on new events / breaches
k) Have to be able to work against reluctance from team members and stakeholders because projects come out of the blue and aren’t on people’s development schedule
l) This is a global department, have a PM in Singapore, need to consider time zone difference
m) Exposure to high level executives, not straight forward mid management steering committee, this is direct line of sight to high level
n) Might need to meet with corp audit, OSFI, regulatory bodies so experience working with regulators is a plus
o) Financial Services experience is very helpful but not strictly needed
