Job Description:

Takes inbound or places outbound calls to provide information to customers.
Utilizes a database to retrieve customer or company information.
Must be able to learn and follow detailed instructions, use a variety of resources and possess good organizational skills to provide accurate information.
Must demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem solving skills with consistently good voice quality.
Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy.
Can work with complex computer applications and resource materials.
Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).
Must have proven skills in the following PC software products Lotus Notes, Excel, MS Word

Job Description:
This is a highly analytical role supporting 100,000+ Global Employees in navigating and troubleshooting HR System of Record (Workday) over the phone and via emails. Candidates will also have opportunities to participate in other back-office projects.
The candidate must be able to analyze received information and demonstrate good problem solving skills by using a variety of resources provided. Must have the ability to learn quickly and follow multi-step instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
The role requires good organizational skills, ownership, good management of own workload and judgement to ask for help or escalate when needed.
The candidate must demonstrate very good customer service and communication skills with patience, tact and ability to listen and interpret received information. Candidate must be able to handle high volume of calls with speed and accuracy.
The candidate must be able to work comfortably with complex computer applications and software products.

3 - 5 years of experience required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Software knowledge a plus: Office Programs, Windows, DOS, Workday (experience highly preferred), Salesforce (experience highly preferred), RIMS, SAP.
Bilingual fluency preferred

80% phone work / 20% project work

This position is Non-Exempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half

SPANISH Openings. Candidates MUST BE fluent in French or Spanish (both verbal and written) and have experience using their French or Spanish fluency in a work setting.

Shift Information:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday: Shifts last 8:45 hours including 45 minutes of unpaid lunch
5am – 1:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
6:15am – 3pm (45 minutes lunch)
7am – 3:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
8am – 4:45pm (45 minutes lunch)
9:15am – 6pm (45 minutes lunch)
