Job Description
 
Qualifications:
•A strong knowledge of Human Resources business processes and human capital management systems desired. Previous experience working on an HRIS team or HRM system strongly desired.
•Technically adept and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical resources.
•High level of proven knowledge and application of Business Analysis and relevant Project Management tools and methodologies.
•Excellent leadership, oral and written communication, planning and decision-making skills.
•Demonstrated strong facilitation, interviewing and negotiation skills.
•Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and big-picture/conceptual skills.
•Proven ability and deep experience working with business stakeholders in the implementation of new processes and systems (communications, training, operational procedure/process changes, ongoing support).
•Must be able to work with people at all levels, including outside consultants and vendors and be able to influence others without formal authority.
•Must be able to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication. Demonstrates the ability to embrace and understand the change process and effectively guides others through change.
•Must be able to execute effectively in a matrix management environment.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of related work experience.
•Business Analyst certification preferred. .

Responsibilities:
•Collaborating with a Lead BA to contribute to eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business needs for requirements, primarily focusing on business process, procedures, training and communication requirements.
•Will partner closely with business stakeholders as part of the implementation phase to identify and document business processes and guidelines, implementation communication planning and content, identifying training needs, authoring training/user guides, assisting with training coordination and execution, assisting with ongoing rollout of a system implementation to various business stakeholders.
•Will be expected to work independently, demonstrating ability to learn new concepts quickly.
•Must be extremely collaborative, but also demonstrate ability to facilitate decisions and drive towards meeting expected deliverables and timelines.
•Acts as a liaison between business partners and technical areas.
