Job Description
 
Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the executive will be responsible for identifying and presenting qualified technical candidates to fill one or more client’s requirements provided by an online procurement system, resource/delivery manager or Collabera sales/executive/account manager, and on on-going bases maintaining relationship with the consultants placed.

• Understand and learn the details of each job requisition and its requirements, project location, duration, etc.
• Understand the priority of the requisition and the differences between direct and process requirements
• Identify qualified technical candidates utilizing various sources – available employee consultants (on bench), ATS - resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, contractors, etc.
• Conduct preliminary technical interview to assess technical skill level, as well as communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.
• Format resumes to highlight the necessary skill sets as it relates to client project requirements and in accordance with client’s resume submittal guidelines
• Negotiate pay rates with consultant candidates in alignment with client requirements and resource manager’s or account manager’s direction
• Submit appropriate qualified resumes for each requirement as required by client
• Send internet ads out on to employment websites, employees, subtier companies as necessary
• Check Hotlists from vendors
• Follow the Recruiter Ground Rules regarding job expectations, documents and templates, E-mail standards, initial communication with candidates, etc. as outlined in the Training Manual
• Generate referrals and business leads through consultant relationship.
• Conduct happy hour meals/coffee/meetings to establish relationship & “sell” Collabera. Build and maintain consultant candidate relationships.

• Hard working and high work ethic individual
• Bachelor's degree; may have some post-graduate education or training.
• 6 months to 1 of IT recruiting experience servicing US based clients.
• Full life cycle experience in IT recruiting is a PLUS
• Good communication skills.
