Responsibilities:
- Process requests for accident and incident reports returned from police departments, county sheriffs, highway patrols, etc which will require the employee to:
- Conduct map and internet research to determine correct jurisdiction and/or to locate and purchase reports and subsequently route or terminate requests based upon findings.
- Contact police or other agencies by phone, email, and fax to inquire about the availability of reports should the request not be readily routable.
- Assist other teams with similar tasks as required.

Company Information:
We order accident and incident reports for companies, that are used to complete insurance claims. The majority of reports are accident related and most contact is by phone. The candidate must be willing to work 8 hours Monday through Friday, as well as occasional Saturdays. Overtime is sometimes required, but is typically limited to 10% of the workweek.
