Job Description
 
Some of the responsibilities for this technical support will include:
• L3 escalation point for local Area Ops on all solutions and products within the AV Portfolio
• Testing and troubleshooting AV Products and solutions
• Commissioning Conference rooms and AV products/solutions
• Executing changes and/or coordinating changes with local area operations
• Project and Business consulting Leads for Standard AV Products and Solutions
• Maintaining AV documentation
• User & Area Ops Training
• Monitor component performance & processing capacity (Fusion, VC, Appspace)
• Requesting virtual infrastructure and storage capacity to the service component
• Develop capacity plans/forecasts for Service Component (Fusion, VC, Appspace)
• Analyze and generate reports and metrics
• Service change implementation

- The technologies such as Fusion, VC, Appspace, Polycom, Cisco, Skype, etc.
