Description:
Responsible for executing project plan to fit the stakeholders needs and deliver on desired outcomes.
Assist and support supplier on-boarding to Supplier and Evaluated Receipts Settlement or Paid From Receipt process.

Education/Experience: Bachelor degree. PMP certification preferred. 5 years of experience managing projects.

Skills and Competencies:
•Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Ability to execute project plan, manage individual deadlines and goals. Ability to work with remote cross functional teams. Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis. Self-Starter and ability to work independently. Proficiency with MS Office applications.
•Preferred experience implementing or working in oracle procurement modules implementations. Highly organized with good time management skills. Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills. Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage execution of project plan for cross functional team.
•Capture and track program metrics. Assist in ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
•Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risk.
•Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them.
•Recommends and implements improvement ideas to process for managing and executing project plan to mitigate risks and meet aggressive timeline.
•Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required.
•Document and archive project activities, deliverables, standard work, tools and findings for future projects.
