Job Description
 
Responsibilities:
• Complete workload assigned to you by Change Management leader by all agreed commitment dates
• Collaborate daily with leader and project team members to assess project progress, communicate success, and identify and share potential roadblocks.
• Communicate to employees with a high level of Customer Service that is easy to understand
• Assist with creating documentation of training and troubleshooting documents for projects.
• Send weekly change emails updating key business holders.
• Take personal accountability to meet project requirements and be punctual to all scheduled shifts.
• Provide quality customer service through communication, composure, empathy, helpfulness, and flexibility.
• Remain cool under pressure and effectively handle stress, change, and uncertainty. Be open to feedback to grow your performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting in the management of multiple projects with varying timelines and requirements, preferably in a retail environment
• Ability to assign and follow up on daily tasks for project teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and resolving issues
• Highly proficient with Excel; proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Organized, creative, and a high attention to details
• Ability to maintain a Growth Mindset, constantly acquiring and folding in feedback to attain a higher level of performance.
