About the Job:
• The Consumer Card Operations team provides one centralized support for Consumer Debit Card and Credit Card products across all regions at Key. The Consumer Card Operations team is part of the Consumer Deposit & Card Operations (CDCO) department and is responsible for non-monetary and monetary maintenance coding on Consumer Debit and Credit Cards. The primary job functions of this position include, but are not limited to, card ordering, card record maintenance, auto-payment set-ups and maintenance for credit cards, posting of card fee reversals, calculation of adjustments for credit cards in accordance with the Service member Civil Relief Act (SCRA), other account coding in accordance with the Corporate policies and procedures related to Compliance, Privacy and the Bank Secrecy Act.

Job Description:
• Maintain a comprehensive technical and working knowledge of all systems utilized by the Consumer Deposit & Card Operations team including, but not limited to, Hogan, Quest, TYSYS, DAG, Key View Deluxe, Official Bank System (OBC), Automated Posting Application (APA) and Lotus Notes
• Time management and working within strict deadlines to achieve service level agreements on a daily basis
• Meeting established standards while being effective; low error ratio on daily and monthly basis
• Updating sensitive client data on internal and external client accounts in accordance with Corporate policies
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of communication between all areas of contact to ensure integrity of sensitive data as not to impact client relationships

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Two (2) or more years of banking experience in an operations, call center or branch environment
• Excellent problem resolution skills
• Quality focused with the ability to work in a team environment
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and function productively in a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
