Job Description
 
The manager is looking for candidates who have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Manager strongly prefers “Concur” skills or experience placing orders in Concur as well as booking travel or experience with an online expense system. Some experience in submitting expenses for international travel is needed. Good experience using Outlook for managing calendars and setting up shared calendars. Will be handling expense reports and tracking expenses. Sharepoint experience a plus. Candidate needs good telephone skills and likeable so can get along with the other Admins and someone who is not intimidated by the programs and working with multicultural people. Prefer Spanish speaking or have a Cultural understanding because will be working with people who English is a second language. Will also be supporting a manager in Texas with the support of his teaching events and typing up of agendas among other things.

Job Requirements
 
 
Provides administrative support to director-level management. Has previous on-the-job experience at advanced levels to coordinate the office services functions. Has knowledge and experience to handle the following: supervision of clerical staff, budget preparation and control, records management, special projects, preparing agendas and coordinating meeting arrangements, composes correspondence, greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming phone calls and conducting special studies to report recommendations. Possesses excellent office and communication skills. Requires minimal supervision.
