Job Description
 
Hiring Manager Call Notes:
• This would be recruiting coordinator in Sanford, NC
• Manager has stated this is not a recruiter role but more of a recruiting coordinator role, will assist the recruiter with the duties
• Help with coordination and schedule the interview
• Will help run background checks, look at DT results, help source when necessary. Help with orientation process
• Assist recruiter with general duties
• Experience with Taleo and PeopleSoft would be great
• Experience would be for atleast 1-2 years
• Bachelors degree would be ideal for this role, multiple years of experience can be considered in lieu of Bachelors degree
• Taleo and some sort of sourcing exp would be ideal
• Good communication and good people skills would be ideal
• Anticipate minimum 8 hours per week up to 40 hours in peak volume however there is some level of flexibility.
• Will be coordinating recruiting work in non-IT domain
• Hours are flexible : 8 to 4:30 ; it can be 7 to 3:30 as long as they complete 40 hours a week
Candidate Responsibilities
• Will spend majority of the time supporting recruiters with general duties, scheduling interviews, interviewing, checking re-hire eligibility, filing, updating the recruitment system, background checks etc.
Typical Day
• Hours will vary in relation to recruitment volume and number of interviews required in any given week.
• Anticipate minimum 8 hours per week up to 40 hours in peak volume however there is some level of flexibility.
Technical Skills
• 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience required. Previous interviewing experience required. Taleo experience preferred. PeopleSoft experience preferred. Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Soft Skills
• Communication.
