Contract Opportunity with a Large Banking/ Financial Client for the position of Support Service Specialist- Norcross, GA

Job Description:
• May be required to perform a variety of customer service and/or office support functions in a high volume environment for both internal and external customers
• Under general supervision, provide support to CCSU teams regarding New Accounts, products and services

Job Requirements
 
 
• Open DDA, MMA, TCD and IRA accounts including proper review and completion of required documents
• Supersede signature cards and other documents
• Open and maintain TCDs and IRAs including quoting rates, securing proper documentation, remittance of interest payments, and timely redemption or roll-over of such accounts
• Interact with business partners in MODA, Bank Operations and other CS departments
• Process stamp, check and deposit slip orders
