Qualifications:
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment and execute upon strategy.
• Detailed understanding of payroll processes, strong interpersonal skills, and works collaboratively, preserve confidentiality, manage change well.
• Knowledge of outsourced payroll providers (i.e., ADP) and payroll-related systems (i.e., Workday and Kronos)
• Experience with employee benefits, payroll accounting and reporting, a plus
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and speed in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
