Job Title Helpdesk Support Specialist
Duration 18 Months

This team is responsible for the assigned Incidents and Requests in Service Now for the designated group. Ticket management, Customer Service, Deployment and Service of all Desktop and Laptop computers. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatable as we do deliver PC and equipment. Setup Sit To Stand Workstations and walk to locations around the downtown area with the equipment.

Role Description:
Monitor and work from Service Now / Deployments of systems.

Required Skills:
Microsoft Certification in A+ or equivalent. Strong Oral and Written Skills. Excellent Customer Service and Presence as will be going desk side for Deployments.
Must know better than average Troubleshooting.

Following Directions:
Must be willing work during Normal working hours in Columbus office.
5 years experience desired
