Job Description
Position: Service Desk Analyst
Duration: 12 months contract

• Responsible for taking and resolving L1 tickets
• Prepping and installing workstations
• Backing up user’s data, etc.
• They will be trained on ServiceNow if they are not already experienced with this ticketing system.

• Call Center experience
• Technical support background
• Hardware installation experience
• Able to read, understand and apply technical documents
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to work well in a team and inter-team environment
• Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and or a minimum amount of force frequently to
lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• ServiceNow ticketing experience.
