Job Description
• Leidos is seeking a Organizational Change Management Analyst to support the Corporate Information Technology Services team. The selected candidate will work with the Director, IT Organizational Change and support multiple IT projects. He or she will apply organizational change management processes and tools to support adoption of IT changes within Leidos.
• This role will be responsible for supporting organizational change strategies and coordinating organizational process changes including: stakeholder management, communications, training material development and delivery, and change readiness assessments.
• The candidate will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and support the design, development, delivery and management of communications training to help prepare employees and end users for upcoming changes. Project communications will include formal communications plans, executing project communications with internal and external users, coordinating changes with sponsors, change agents and targets, and leading focus groups. Training will include training needs analysis, planning, training material development including job aids, instructor-led training, system demos, videos, and brown bags.

Job Requirements
Required Skills:
• Experience supporting organizational change management efforts for IT projects
• Experience in executive communications and organizational support, including experience liaising with high-level customers and stakeholders
• Ability to conduct evaluations, studies and analysis
• Experience planning and executing internal and external communications
• Advanced writer and editor
• Experience developing change management plans, reports, processes, and reference materials
• Understanding of Change Management methodologies
• Ability to translate complex technical subject matter into user-friendly communications
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
• Strong technical aptitude characterized by the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to a variety of audiences
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with multiple audiences and against a deadline
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels
• Understanding of Organizational Change Management processes and methodologies
• Change Management Certification -Finance experience - OCM experience for large system implementations (Costpoint, Deltek)
Education Needed:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5 years overall experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of overall experience OR a high-school diploma with 7 years of related experience with organizational change management on IT projects.
