Job Description
Responsible for the administration of Employee Relation Programs; build relationships, implement updating of consultant profiles, administer retention initiatives at the client site, obtain referrals and lead generation through relationship building. All methods of practice and/or work performance shall conform to written established policies and procedures. Typically requires one to two years of experience in human resources or administration.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Attend weekly VMO (MSP) calls.
• Update the status of spreadsheet of all the requirements / VMO Rep and distribute it to delivery team
• Coordinating interview confirmations / interview feedback with delivery team and VMO
• Coordinate complete on boarding procedures including but not limited to sending the on boarding email / coordinating on boarding process and all post hire
coordination activities with VMO.
• Escalate any issues raised by VMO reps to region manager.
• Daily status update report regarding interviews / issues to be sent to region manager and CMS should be updated for every VMO Rep with weekly activity log.
• Daily 15 min. briefing call with the Delivery Manager.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts (psychology, sociology, etc.), industrial relations or organizational development. Typically requires one to two years of
experience in human resources or administration.
• General knowledge of personnel practices and procedures.
• Able to handle high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding employee information.
• Good time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent PC skills
• General office environment. No special physical demands required.
