Job Description
 
This executive will be responsible for IT staffing related account mining activities in a set of assigned strategic accounts of Collabera. The role will require partnering with recruiting teams to help clients meet their short and long-term business objectives of IT contract hiring, while meeting Collabera’s strategic business goals. The role will require strong relationship building, networking and interpersonal skills to help grow business. Responsibilities include:

• Achieve business targets for assigned client account/s
• Work closely with recruiting and project team to ensure delivery of staffing and project requirements
• Map the account - build direct client relationships at all levels and with managers throughout the account organization
• Become thoroughly familiar with client systems and processes for submitting resumes
• Communicate and prioritize client requirements
• Negotiate bill rates with client managers
• Resolve all client issues
• Develop account penetration strategy
• Client co-ordination
• Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships
• Develop and prepare proposals
• Create sales presentations
• Submit weekly and other related sales reports
• Meeting the new joined candidates and coordinating with them/taking them for lunch etc.
• Become thoroughly familiar with the Collabera Sales Executive Training

Job Requirements
 
 
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years’ experience in staffing sales or recruitment
• Excellent knowledge of all areas of business operations.
• Able to resolve complex problems.
• IT or technology services experience/knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills.
