Job Description
Content Review Analysts are expected to provide quality assurance and improve machine classifiers to ensure safety of the platform for all audience and cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities include reviewing select content against the policies and training. Service requirements for each reviewer are to review and analyse a target number of content per day with a classification system based on a set of policy guidelines which will be provided.

· Demonstrate critical thinking and attention to detail to review content against existing policies
· Consistently meet team’s daily targets
· Be a helpful mentor for new hires
· Be comfortable with handling sensitive content that includes violence, sex and nudity
· Support urgent requests and projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
· Conduct market research to prepare for new product launches
· Process and review accounts that have been flagged for review of potentially sensitive content to ensure there are no violations of policies
· Validate, investigate and respond to inquiries of an urgent or sensitive nature within established guidelines. This includes coordinating with client subject matter experts to respond to or support in the response to inquiries and/or escalations which may be generated by include but not limited to external third parties.
· Understands and perform content reviews under client supervision for International and Domestic cases following client processes and procedures
· Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
· Assigned and accountable for workable solutions and processes within specific area of responsibility
· Escalates issues to Operations Manager or client Point of Contact as appropriate
· Demonstrates speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in their work and an ability to ramp up quickly
· Addresses most non-routine issues
· Ensures all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics.
· Responsible for activities assigned by the Operations Manager

Job Requirements
· Bachelor degree
· Experience working in professional environments (preferably content moderation and fraud mgmt.)
· Must be comfortable reviewing sensitive content including violence, graphic pornography, drug use, child abuse, etc.
· Majority of your time will be spent on sensitive content on a daily and weekly basis
· Thorough understanding of online videos and the internet and the impact of abuse and fraud
· Ability to learn quickly and provide sound judgment to classify content based on set of policies, you will need to navigate through ambiguity
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Fluency in English or Native Languages
