? Perform preventative maintenance system checks to ensure proper system operation.
? May have to work evening hours from time to time (10% - 15%) to apply patch updates during customer maintenance windows.
? Developing, maintaining, and updating internal process documentation.
? Working on process improvement initiatives throughout the year.

Job Requirements
 
 
? Must have knowledge of IT systems such as IP Networking, Operating Systems, VMware (Vsphere), and remote access protocols (SSH, RDP, SCP).
