Job Description
 
• Responsible for phone calls and voice messages as appropriate to manage medical inquiries, quality complaints and adverse events.
• Responsible for performing data entry into database
• Responsible for the receipt, intake documentation and initial evaluation of technical complaints and adverse events.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound contacts with customers, pharmacies and wholesalers for additional information.
• Responsible for calling back customers to fulfill drug information requests.
• Other filing, data entry and quality control responsibilities as necessary.

Job Requirements
 
 
• 1-2 years’ experience in a medical field (CNA, CPhT, LPN, etc) or pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy technician preferred
• Proven ability and experience in the quality review of documents.
• Customer support phone call management preferred
• Must be proficient in computer usage with experience in MS outlook, MS word and MS Excel.
• Database experience preferred.
• Must be able to prioritize, manage time, and meet defined work metrics.
• Must have the ability to work as a collaborative team member.
• Detail oriented and ability to problem solve and understand processes.
• Self-motivated, but respectful of the boundaries given.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific field preferred. Baseline understanding and experience in a medical field (CNA, CPhT, LPN, etc) or pharmaceutical industry is preferred..
