Job Description
• Create and maintain continuous improvement and a goal oriented work environment for Retail Loss vendors the includes daily operations metrics as well as data accuracy measurement.
• Point of contact for retail loss team to interface directly with Retail Loss vendors on needs assessment, scoping, and delivery. Also will ensure that requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
• Engage with influence decision making with the Retail Loss and other organisations as well as the on the ground team for requirements to improve/drive the Retail Loss mission to EI.
• Present results/performance management and vendor action plans to Retail Loss stakeholders.
• Work with the vendor(s) on creating innovative plans to deliver results in both performance and accuracy for the Retail Loss organisation.
• Identify Opportunity, analyse, make suggestions and help develop plans with vendors for enhanced performance.
• Work within the Retail Loss organisation to ensure that we are delivering the appropriate policies/procedures/tools to make the vendor successful.
• Effectively communicate the culture and vision of the Retail Loss organisation to our vendor. We want them to feel as though they are a part of our team.
• Regularly review business performance with the vendor and retail loss leadership.
• Promote excellence in the vendor staff morale & ensure adherence to our values.

Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
• BA or BS in a related field preferred
• Familiar with servicing airline travel reservations including Air Debit Memos, Global Distribution Systems, etc.
• 3+ years' experience in an operations or account management role
