Summary: The Servicing Loan Ops Coordinator is responsible for updating or performing maintenance on the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) as it relates to due dates, billing dates, requesting home equity line of credit advance checks, reviewing and modification of loan terms.

• Process maintenance within specified service level agreement (SLA)
• Verification of maintenance terms to ensure appropriate outcome for the borrower
• Cross-train and assist with other functions within the Special Loans Department
• Identify potential fraud or suspicious activity while performing loan servicing activities and make appropriate referrals for further investigation

Basic Qualifications If you cannot answer “yes” to all of the basic qualifications below, you are not eligible to post

• High School diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory but would be big plus)
• At least 1 year of Financial Services experience working with MSP, HE Maintenance, and research
• Proficient with MS Office
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Extensive knowledge of MSP and Bill Maintenance
