Job Description:
• Responsible for all aspects of sample order fulfillment services.
• Acceptance and maintaining of sample requests and the subsequent processing of sample orders using on-line computer system.
• Primary liaison for sample order maintenance with regard to delivery schedules/shipment dates and resolving related problems.
• Effectively control and coordinate deliveries from respective factories to desired delivery point to meet customer commitments and minimize delivery costs.
• Insure efficient processing of information concerning sample orders using all media (e-mail, internet, data entry, fax, phone, etc.).
• Provide timely information concerning delivery and order status. Provide market intelligence (reports) on sample process costs and return on investment realization.
• Effectively communicate with the customer base, marketing managers, sales managers, and reps.

Minimum Qualifications:
• at least High school degree

Preferred Qualification:
• Good knowledge of industry documentation practices. Request part numbers from configuration management system.
• Create 3-D CAD models of off-the-shelf electro-mechanical components.
• Create 2-D engineering drawings for electro-mechanical parts and assemblies, labels, cables, and circuit board assemblies.
• Create and modify circuit card mechanical constraints drawings, including SMT fabrication panel details.
• Create circuit card assembly drawings from CAD data.
• Release documents and BOMs to configuration management system. Incorporate ECOs in configuration management system.
• Understand and apply department modeling and drafting practices. Follow established processes and submit work for review.
• Effectively interact with Design Team and Configuration Management personnel to ensure timely release of documents.
• Operate in a team environment and is able to respond effectively to changing priorities. Self-motivated.
• Experience with Pro/Engineer (Wildfire5) for solid model component and drawing creation.
• Experience with Solidworks for drawing creation. Experience with AgileEC or Windchill file management system.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw for graphics design. Good knowledge of ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Knowledge of Agile configuration management system desired but not required.

• Preferred: Associate's, Business Administration or equivalent experience
