Job Description
 
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Responsible to identify sourcing documentation to support Purchasing Controls remediation activities. Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify supplier classifications and accuracy of documentation. Compiles data to add suppliers to segmentation and approved supplier list.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify Supplier and Product Quality Impact (Risk Classification), Quality Agreements, Supplier Survey and Selection documentation.
• Reviews quality systems documentation for consistency of document and data control
• Transition documentation between systems
• Author documentation to close gap in sourcing files
• Complete Supplier Segmentation Assessment Forms
• Provide input into Approved Supplier list
• Additional tasks as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience

EXPERIENCE:
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be detailed/task oriented and results driven.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in effectively working with cross-functional team members.
• Experience with Medical Device Quality Management Systems
• Confident operating in a face-paced environment
• Documentation management system experience (Agile, QADOC, EQDMS, Enovia)
• Demonstrated strength in the review and writing of technical documentation.
