• Must be able to quickly understand technical concepts.
• Must enjoy problem solving, perform triage, and take ownership for incident life-cycle process in Claim Center.
• Must be professional, patient and helpful.
• Must be able to learn fundamentals, we will teach.
• Organizational skills are essential. Must be organized!
• Other applications are often the source of the problem. The job requires them to learn the triage skills necessary to route the ticket to the proper team.
• Experience supporting one or several of these would be preferred
