Job Description
•In a dream world, the ideal candidate would have Human Resources experience in the area of sourcing and recruitment and formal and/or informal leadership experience through student organization or volunteer activities on college campuses.
•Prior background and/or understanding of partnership between college campuses and corporations would be a plus.
•In addition, these skills/experience are a must to start this great adventure:
•Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Advanced MS Work and Excel software required.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to effectively deal with all levels of personnel within the company.
•Time management, problem solving, advanced decision-making, reasoning, consultative and organizational skills required.
•Good customer service and interpersonal skills required.
•Associates Degree or equivalent; preference Bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience (as defined above).
