Job Description
• The agent must have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business and retain a general understanding of Maintenance, Utilities, Housekeeping and Facilities functions.
• Addresses all questions that come to them and accurately assesses/understands the need and displaysconfidence to the customer that action will be taken appropriately.
• Possesses the ability to determine the customer’s specific request.
• Manages the expectations of the customer as they are typically unaware of building standards andpolicies that are in place to govern floor space.
• Issues requests to all respective trades (Corporate Hardware Services, Movers, Network, and Division Helpdesks) to ensure timely completion.
• Enters information into various CMMS systems to process requests.
• Communicates daily with various departments to properly meet customer expectations.
• Reacts to customer requests with appropriate urgency as determined by problem or situation.
• Stays current with the frequent changes in procedures as requested by each division regarding the information required to create work orders; Retains knowledge of business culture and organizational structure.

Job Requirements
• Demonstrate proficiency with PC software, computer skills and previous data entry experience.
• Must have strong verbal and written skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good mathematical skills necessary along with strong problem solving skills.
• Must be capable of multitasking while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently in addition to being a strong team contributor.
