Job Description
Support Technologist provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.

Required skills:
• Computer Technician experience, including desk side customer service
• Basic Windows 7 experience
• Basic electrical and mechanical skills
• Basic PC skills
• Hardware Trouble Shooting experience
• Lifting, bending #40 weights
• Attention to details is critical
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) a must!
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer focus
• Work independently
• Self-starter
