Job Description
• Primary point of contact for ALL questions related to “IAM Data"
• Data troubleshooting – point of connection with IAM application when bugs are data driven
• Data Profiling and Reporting – by system and by technical service
• Data bulk loads for project / new integration / cleansing / updates / migrations
• Integration specs for inbound & outbound Data flow/connector with other systems
• Partnering with other EMIT and non-EMIT groups in the data cleansing of IAM related data in the appropriate source
• Running data quality metrics tools and taking action to correct issues, including root cause analysis for systemic problems
• Ensuring the data is in compliance with defined data standards
• Assist in promoting effective use of standard data management tools and processes; I had removed
• MOC data testing and troubleshooting
• Work with IAM data architect to ensure application design and data changes coincide with IAM data quality principles.
• Engage the Application support group to understand the overall design
• Validate the model accuracy with subject matter experts / track model sustainability
• Analyze the overall model robustness. Troubleshoot whenever component discovery is affected. Follow-up with application support and customer.
• Develop / run Data quality metrics to make sure models are consistent across platforms: Identity - Access - Ownership – Reporting and associated interfaces
• Learn the IAM data architecture
• Be gradually involved in Data management troubleshooting / support activities
• Query Tuning and Performance
• Monitor & guarantee the quality of IAM data
• Creation of dashboard and metrics for data quality stewardship

Job Requirements
• Above average experience with TSQL, SSIS, SSRS.
• BI experience building data warehouses (ETL, snowflake models, etc).
• Ability to gather / analyze / compare data via (tableau, excel pivot, access ....).
• Advanced level in general reporting and analytic toolset (tableau, excel pivot, access ....)
• Experience with SSAS a plus.
• Experience performing data cleaning/scrubs, bulk loading – updates, creates, deletes, etc. (primarily in SQL Server).
• Strong level of relational database concepts, ability to write complex SQL queries and scripts against highly abstracted model
• Experience in IT Change Control support with complex framework of integrations
• Ability to map logical / physical data models
• Be familiar with the Data profiling concepts
• Ability to develop and promote standard operating procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
• ITIL standards (for non-employees)
• Tableau
