Position Description:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Program Coordinator) role is responsible for coordinating resources, processes, team web site content management, communication and reporting across the global Architecture communities in close collaboration with the IT Governance and EPMO organizations. This individual will play a critical role in the overall operations of Enterprise Architecture with direct involvement in daily tasks necessary for successful architecture process and program execution.

Position Responsibilities:

• Establishing and executing standard processes supporting effective and efficient team operations and reporting, including intake processes, resource allocation, governance councils and boards, communications, organizational scorecards, and information sharing with EPMO and IT Governance.
• Coordinating and executing team communications plans and messaging.
• Standardizing and maintaining team branding, content, usability and navigation for key technology resources, including governance council and team web site resources, and pipeline reporting tailored to stakeholder views in VMO, EPMO, IT Governance, and Global IT teams.
• Supporting team resource allocation, tracking, and reporting activities, including workflows for team assignments, utilization, and metrics.
• Evangelizes across Company business and Global IT resources to socialize and coordinate architecture and governance activities and timing, at times acting as the “front door” to Enterprise Architecture.
• Ensures accurate and timely communications with Global IT team leaders and teams in coordinating activities with Enterprise Architecture and IT Governance.
• Coordinates and delivers Enterprise Architecture process training to Global IT teams as requested.
• Identifying and prioritizing continuous improvement activities to drive improved levels of team and program performance.
• Key deliverables of this role include:
o Policy & procedure maintenance (coordinated under leadership supervision).
o Governance council & board templates, agendas, minutes, and general support messaging.
o IT Governance process training materials and supporting communications.
o Architecture and Governance process execution scorecards & reporting.
o Team allocation and performance scorecards.
o Web site updates

Basic Qualifications:

Role Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota U.S.

Education Required:
• A relevant B.A. or B.S. (or higher) degree.

Years Of Experience:
• 5+ years of IT experience with B.A or B.S.; 3+ years of IT experience with M.A. or M.S.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications (optional):
• High degree of ‘learning agility’ with the ability to readily consume and apply new information and concepts with developed analytical problem solving skills
• 2+ years of experience working with large enterprise systems & solutions
• Experience in implementation of data governance, administration and related processes
• Experience creating and managing team web site content (MS SharePoint)
• Experience implementing, managing and reporting on operational workflow processes
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Solid collaboration skills
• Solid communication and change management skills, including with employees, clients, senior management and vendors
• Solid presentation skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, program goals, etc.)
