Education Required: High School Equivalent/Diploma
Years of Experience Required: 2-3 years of Administrative background

This role will be for someone as who has no prior Regulatory Affairs experience, and has a more Administrative Assistant background. Please do not have title confuse that we are looking for any background in Regulatory.

Assist management team of 5-While reporting to Regulatory Operations Sr. Supervisor
Scheduling Meetings on behalf of Management Team
Ordering food associated with Meetings and/or Need for those who can't get to lunch
Booking Travel
Updating and Maintaining Internal Tracker(s)
Running reporting
Taking meeting Minutes, distributing to meeting attendees
Assist with edits/cleanup on Process SOPs/Work Instructions after drafted into final versions
ShareFolder cleanup, drafting ‘cheat sheets’ for the team, updating guideline spreadsheets with information
Renew Facility Licensing for all global locations
Assist Generalist/Internationalist with Administrative ad hoc projects; Regulatory Submissions
Copying, Scanning, Printing, Compiling Documentation
Process Invoicing and Fees via PO Request/Purchase Requisitions
A strong ability to audit and find errors in documentation and trackers
Support Director with ad hoc projects
Ability to evolve based on team needs for administrative functions
Ordering Food/Snacks
Ordering Office Supplies

•Contribute to the development of the processes and procedures for all Operational functions
•Contribute to the development of systems and data associated with Regulatory Functions, process improvement, system integrations, system implementations, system development work
•Contribute to the development of robust reporting to support our Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory International teams, and executives
