Job Description
 
Hours are Monday-Friday either 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm.

Will respond to social media messages about auto & home insurance dissatisfaction with legally approved direct messages via a chat platform.

Social media platforms (one or multiple): It will be across multiple platforms, but they will flood into one system. That one system is where they will respond to all messages.
Steps consultant will take when responding to dissatisfied customers via social media: They will use legally approved verbiage where we want the customer to call our sales department.

Responding to social media messages is the prime function of the role. No other duties or responsibilities.

Background/skill-set: We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who have solid computer skills and good written/verbal communication skills. If they have some type of selling experience that would be great.
