Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and receivables.
• Payroll
• CRA, HST, AP and Payroll remitments
• Human resources
• Invoice orders when completed.
• Process credit card payments and bank deposits.
• Perform general office tasks.
• Communicate directly with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
• Must have previous experience in accounts receivable and payable roll.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Business Vision is an asset.
