• Contract Person should be able to understand and work
• Routine Desktop/laptop fixes
• Understand how to image laptop/desktop
• Good in documentation and customer service
• Assist with device movements from one location to another
• Inventory and recoding everything
• Use of Service Now tool to update incident/requests
• Should be willing to work in team and take instructions from senior person available on site.
