· Work in call center receiving calls from Agent and/or customers regarding service affecting issues.
· Coordinate and assist in technical calls with customers, vendors, and technicians as needed to identify and resolve equipment problems.
· Coordinate testing schedule and assist Customer Project Managers, local exchange companies, and/or technicians to isolate and resolve network or customer equipment problems.
· Interface with internal departments (Provisioning, Billing, Sales, etc.).
