duties of consultant: The candidates selected for this position will be providing customer service to inbound customers calling

Background skill set: General familiarity with windows based programs

Shift hours: varies. We are open from 7AM -10PM. Shift hours will vary, the candidate may have to work later shift that ends at 10 PM, so we really need them to be flexible.

Training hours and duration: 8 hours training, Timing details are being worked out. And the duration will be 12 week training inclusive of nesting and followed by quality assessments
